Management Trainee Program The Program is made up of 3 different developing phases. Regular performance evaluations from mentors, customers and trainees themselves are during the whole program. All the Management Trainees are expected to pass each phase successfully with their own effort and the help of their mentors.
Profile Qualification
§ Education Background
High caliber undergraduate or graduate students in HVAC, Mechanics, Electrics, Automation or related majors
§ Language Ability
Fluent in both written and oral English
§ Key Competency
Strong interpersonal skills, logical and analytical thinking, good problem solving and leadership skills, team sprit, willing to work under pressure

岗位职责：
根据实习期及试用期的表现，可安排在售后工程师、售前工程师、系统测试工程师、客服在线支持工程师、产品销售经理等岗位上。
任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，重点高校应届毕业生，电子、自动化、计算机、信息管理、市场营销、工商管理等相关专业均可；
英文读写流畅，CET-4级或以上水平；
3、 熟悉至少1种数据库系统（Oracle,Informix,Sybase,DB2,SQL Server, SAP等）；
